松香基水性聚氨酯施胶剂的制备及其应用

摘　　要：以马来松香、聚乙二醇和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯为主要原料,以酒石酸为亲水单体,KH550作封端剂和改性剂,制备仿中性高分散松香化聚氨酯施胶剂。借助水性聚氨酯乳液,无需像其他松香胶还额外加入其他乳化剂如司盘、吐温等系列;制备的水性松香基聚氨酯乳液可直接自身离子化,形成高分散乳液。针对乳液和纸张进行FT-红外光谱、SEM等结构表征。结果表明,KH550已接枝到WPU体系中,乳剂稳定性良好,纸张拒水性显着提高。借用阴离子水性聚氨酯,可以实现松香胶浆内施胶和表面施胶双重应用。The highly dispersed rosin neutral imitation polyurethane sizing agent is synthesized by using malay rosin,polyethylene glycol and 2,4-toluene diisoeyanate as the main raw materials ,tartaric acid as hydrophilie monomer, KH550 as capping agent and modifier. In particular, comparing with traditional sizing agent, there are no additional emulsifiers （ i. e. Span and Tween） in the as-prepared waterborne polyurethane emulsion. The chemical structure and properties of emulsions and paper are characterized by FT-IR, SEM, and so on. The results show that the silicone has been grafted to aqueous polyurethanes and the water-resistance of paper is obviously improved. By combining anionic waterborne polyurethane ,the rosin waterborne polyurethane can achieve dual functions both as internal and surface sizing agents simultaneously.
