摘  要:针对某炼化企业的常减压装置,利用Aspen Plus软件模拟了装置与换热网络现状,找到影响装置高效运行的换热瓶颈,并对现有换热网络的热流量进行了优化。建立了利用强化传热技术优化换热网络的方法,并在实际案例中应用,发现采用强化传热技术后,需要新增换热面积大大下降,一些换热器不需要新增换热面积既能满足新工况的需求。Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the crude distillation unit (CDU) and its heat exchanger network. The bottlenecks affecting the efficient running of the unit are studied. The optimization of the heat flux of existing heat exchange network is performed. The optimization method for heat exchange network is established based on the enhanced heat transfer technology. Through the case study, the additionally required surface area for heat exchange is obviously decreased. Moreover, some heat exchangers can fulfill the requirement of new working conditions without additional increase of surface area.
