摘　　要：慢性肾盂肾炎(Chronic Pyelonephritis,CPN)是尿路感染常见的一种临床类型,临床表现复杂多端,病情反复发作,迁延难愈为特点。李顺民教授认为CPN多属中医气淋、劳淋,乃邪少虚多之证,治疗上宗张仲景"四季脾旺不受邪"之说和李东垣"内伤脾胃百病由生"之论,自拟芪地五神汤,从脾肾论治CPN,临床疗效颇显。Chronic Pyelonephritis（CPN） is a common urinary tract infection in clinical practice,which has complicated and changing clinical manifestation.Profess Li Shunmin holds the idea that CPN can be categorized as qi strangury or overstrain strangury in Chinese medicine,which is a symptom of less evil and more deficiency.The treatment should be based on Zhang Zhongjing＇s idea that ＂if the spleen functions well,then the evil will be kept out during four seasons＂ and Li Donghuan＇s ＂the inner damage of spleen is the origin of many diseases＂.Qidi Wushen decoction is therefore invented to treat CPN based on the principles of treating spleen and kidney,which has remarkable curative effect.
