摘  要:淮南首创第一污水处理厂改造规模为10×10~4m^3/d,进水碳氮比值较低。提标改造采用ARP/SSH工艺,改造完成后出厂水质各项指标稳定达到一级A排放标准。而竣工报告显示,工程预(决)算价仅为1 577.3万元。ARP/SSH工艺对于进水氮、磷浓度较高而有机物浓度较低的污水处理厂较为适用,投资较低且可减少外加碳源量。The design capacity of the reconstruction project of the Huainan First Wastewater Treatment Plant was The design capacity of the reconstruction project of the Huainan First Wastewater Treat- 10 ×10^4m^/d, the C/N ratio in influent was low. With the ARP/SSH technology applied to the upgrading and reconstruction project, all the indexes of the effluent after the reconstruction could meet the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The project completion report showed that the budget of the project was only 15. 773 million yuan. The ARP/SSH process is suitable for wastewater treatment plants with high concentration of phosphorus and nitrogen but low concentration of organic matter in the influent due to its low investment and less additional carbon source.
