摘  要:介绍了采用倒置A^2/O—MBR一体化装置处理农村生活污水的工程设计与调试运行情况。调试结果表明,该装置的缺氧区和厌氧区进水量分别为70%、30%时,脱氮除磷效果都较好;另外,好氧区(膜区)的污泥龄为15 d时,可以保证良好的脱氮和除磷效果。连续运行检测数据显示,对COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N、SS的去除率分别高达92%、96%、95%、97%,对TN、TP的去除率分别达到71%和88%;出水主要水质指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,运行费用仅为0.90元/m^3,较为经济合理。The design and trial operation of an integrated device based on inverted A^2/O--MBR process for treating rural domestic sewage were introduced. The results showed that when the influent percentage of the anoxic zone and anaerobic zone was 70% and 30% respectively, the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus was excellent. In addition, when the sludge age of aerobic zone ( membrane zone) was 15 d, it could guarantee the excellent removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus. The continuous operation results indicated that the removal rates of COD, BOD5, NH3 - N and SS were up to 92%, 96%, 95% and 97% respectively, and the removal rates of TN, and TP also reached 71% and 88% respectively. The effluent quality could meet the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 -2002). The operation cost of the combined process was only 0.90 yuan/m^3, which was relatively economic.
