摘 要:为解决神东矿区特大采高工作面回撤阶段挂网位置选取困难的问题,在分析了矿区多个工作面的回撤挂网案例及对大柳塔煤矿52303工作面回撤阶段现场矿压实测的基础上,根据工作面回撤阶段的矿压规律,提出了确定挂网合理位置的方法。研究结果表明:挂网位置选取是否合理取决于工作面周期来压步距、来压持续长度、柔性网的长度等因素,通过准确预测工作面挂网阶段的来压状况,将上述3个因素代入相应公式可计算出各种情况下的挂网合理位置,由此计算出大柳塔煤矿52303工作面回撤阶段合理的挂网位置应在距主回撤通道19~20m,保障了工作面的正常接替。In order to find the reasonable net hanging location during equipment removing of of fully mechanized face with extra large mining height in Shendong mining area, the net hanging cases in several mining faces and field rock pressure measurements during equipment removing of No. 52303 working face in Daliuta Coal Mine were analyzed, then the determination method of net hanging location was put forward according to the strata behavior regularity during the equipment removing stage. The research results showed that the reasonable hanging location was deter- mined by periodic weighting length, the distance of weighting, the length of flexible net and so on. Through perfect forecast of weighting status during net hanging stage in working face, the reasonable locations under any conditions could be figured out by corresponding formulas on basis of three factors above. Finally reasonable net hanging location in No. 52303 working face of Da- liuta Coal Mine was 19~20 m away to the main equipment remove gateway, which ensured the normal succession of mining faces.
