摘　　要：井下封隔器作为海上油气田开发的关键工具,其零件较多且设计校核过程繁琐。针对目前国产封隔器研制与应用的迫切要求,采用理论研究与ANSYS二次开发相结合的方法,以VB为研发平台,开发了一套封隔器结构设计与分析校核软件系统。通过模块化集成方法重点解决封隔器胶筒、卡瓦及封隔器管柱的设计及强度分析问题,提高封隔器结构设计的效率和准确性,从而显著缩短井下封隔器的研制和改进周期。The down hole packer is the key tool used in offshore oil and gas field,which has many components that may result in design errors caused by complex design and checking process. Based on the requirement of fast research and application for domestic packers,the packer struc-ture design and analysis checking software was developed by integrating the methods of theoreti-cal research and ANSYS redevelopment.The modular design software has solved design and strength analysis problems of the packer rubber,the slip and the packer string,which can improve packer structure design efficiency and accuracy and reduce research and modification period of down hole packers.
