摘　　要：[目的]探讨病友联谊会对乳腺癌病人知信行的影响。[方法]将80例乳腺癌病人按入院时间段分为对照组和观察组,对照组病人采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上连续2年参加乳腺癌病友联谊会活动,通过问卷调查比较不同护理模式对两组病人知信行的影响。[结果]观察组病人知识、信念、行为得分明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。[结论]病友联谊会可以提高乳腺癌病人术后康复知识的知晓率,促进健康行为的采纳,最终改善其健康水平,使病人重返社会。Objective:To probe into the influence of patients fraternity on knowledge attitude behavior of breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 80 breast cancer patients were divided into the control group and ob-servation group by the admission time.The patients in the control group received the routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group participated in the patients fraternity activities of breast cancer patients for 2 consecutive years on the basis of the routine nursing.Then compared the influence of different nursing modes on patients’knowledge,attitude,behavior in two groups by the questionnaire investigation.Results:The patients’ scores of knowledge,attitude,behavior in observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P <0.01).Conclusion:The patients fraternity can improve the breast cancer patients’awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge after operation,promote the adoption of health behaviors,and ultimately improve their health level,make them return to the society.
