摘  要:[目的]探讨合理情绪疗法对急诊科护士职业倦怠感及幸福感的影响。[方法]将48名急诊科护士按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各24例,对照组采用常规性心理辅导,观察组实施合理情绪疗法,干预前后应用职业倦怠量表、幸福感量表对两组护士进行评价。[结果]观察组干预后去人格化、情绪衰竭、个人成就感及总职业倦怠感评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总体幸福感评分干预后高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]合理情绪疗法能有效改善急诊护士职业倦怠感,提高护士个人幸福感。Objective:To probe into the influence of rational emotive therapy on job burnout and happiness of e-mergency nurses.Methods:A total of 48 emergency nurses were divided into the observation group and control group by the random digital table method,24 cases in each.The control group received the routine psychological counseling,while the observation group received the rational emotive therapy,then evaluated the nurses of the two groups by using the job burnout scale and the happiness scale before and after the intervention.Results:The scores of depersonality,emotional exhaustion,personal accomplishment and total job burnout of the observation group after then intervention were all lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The score of overall hap-piness in the observation group after then intervention was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05 ). Conclusion:The rational emotive therapy can effectively improve the job burnout and personal happiness of e-mergency nurses.
