集束干预策略在预防中心静脉导管相关血流感染中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨集束干预策略在中心静脉导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)的应用效果。[方法]将2013年1月—2013年12月住院的120例行中心静脉置管的病人设为对照组,行回顾性分析,了解其CRBSI发生率;将2014年1月—2014年12月住院的120例行中心静脉置管的病人设为观察组,运用集束干预策略进行治疗护理,并观察其效果。[结果]对照组、观察组CRBSI发生率分别5.83%和0.98%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用集束干预策略治疗、护理中心静脉置管病人,能有效降低CRBSI发生率。Objective:To probe into the application effect of cluster intervention strategy in the central venous catheter related bloodstream infection.Methods:The 120 inpatients with central venous catheter from January 2013 to December 2013 were set as the control group,they received the retrospective analysis to know abount the incidence rate of the CRBSI.While the 120 inpatients with central venous catheter from January 2014 to De-cember 2014 were set as the observation group,they received the treatment and nursing by using the cluster in-tervention strategy and observated the effect.Results:The incidence rate of CRBSI of the control group and the observation group respectively was 5.83% and 0.98%,and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Nursing the patients with central venous catheter by the cluster intervention strategy can effectively re-duce the incidence of CRBSI.
