摘　　要：颈动脉粥样硬化是脑血管疾病的重要病理基础,尤其不稳定斑块的破裂是导致缺血性脑中风的独立危险因素。中医药治疗颈动脉粥样硬化具有重要而独特的作用,各种剂型在临床中都已有较多应用,近年来对单味药、古方、中成药等的研究逐渐深入。Carotid Atherosclerosis is one of the important pathological basis of cerebrovascular diseases,especially the rupture of unstable plate is an independent risk factor for ischemic stroke. Traditional Chinese medicine has an important and unique role in the treatment of carotid artery atherosclerosis,a variety of dosage forms are full of used in clinical,and the research gradually thorough for Single Herbs,Cuba,Proprietary Chinese Medicine etc.
