摘　　要：在《伤寒论》中炙甘草汤是用于治疗气血不足所致心动悸、脉结代的主方,其在临床应用广泛,颇受古今医家重视。笔者综述近5年来炙甘草汤临床研究文献发现该方不仅在心血管疾病的治疗中发挥了积极的作用,在其他系统疾病的治疗中也显示出了明显的优势。Zhigancao Decoction is the most important in the treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.That is used to treat palpitation and inter mitten pulse caused by insufficiency of vital energy and blood,which is recieving much more attention by the ancient and modern physicians because of its wide spread clinical application.The author reviewed the literature of the cinical study of the Zhigancao Decoction in the past five years to find that it not only plays a role in the angiocardiopathy,but also showed a clear advantage in the treatment of other diseases.
