从治未病角度探讨通心络胶囊的应用范围

摘　　要：治未病作为中医学的一项治疗原则,具有丰富的内涵和广泛的指导意义。分清体质类型是治未病的前提。通心络胶囊益气活血、通络止痛,通过调理偏颇体质而未病先防,消除疾病危险因素而欲病救萌,及时治疗疾病而既病防变,祛除余邪而瘥后防复。该文从治未病的角度探讨通心络的应用范围,可以更好地把握其中西医结合防治疾病的思路,对通心络胶囊的临床应用提供指导帮助。As a therapeutic principle of traditional Chinese medicine,preventive treatment has rich connotation and wide guiding significance. To distinguish the constitution type is the premise of preventive treatment. Tongxinluo Granule tonifying Qi,invigorate the circulation of blood,activating meridians to stop pain,by adjusting the biased constitution to prevent disease,eliminating risk factors of disease to save the early stage of the disease,treat disease timely to prevent the changes,remove remaining pathogen to prevent the recurrence after cure. This article explore the application of Tongxinluo Granule from the angle of preventive treatment,which can better grasp of the thinking of prevention and treatment of disease by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and provide guidance and help to the clinical application of Tongxinluo Granule.
