摘　　要：分子蒸馏技术是一种新的分离技术,具有蒸馏温度低、受热时间短分离度高等特点。该文就分子蒸馏技术的原理、特点及其设备进行了总结。介绍了近些年来分子蒸馏技术在中药分离中的应用。Nowadays the molecular distillation technology is a new technique in separation,which is character with its low temperature distillation and short heating time and high degree. The paper describes the principles and characteristics and the equipment manufacturing of molecular distillation technology and introduces its applications in separation of tradition chinese medicine.
