慢性盆腔炎性疾病应用中药离子导入疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药离子导入对于慢性盆腔炎性疾病的治疗效果。方法:将90例慢性盆腔炎性疾病患者随机分为基础治疗组、中药外敷组和离子导入组,每组30例,3组均予抗生素+中药口服+中药灌肠冶疗。在此基础上,中药外敷组同时使用中药外敷下腹部;离子导入组同时应用中药离子导入法作用于下腹部。结果:治疗结束时,3组患者的盆腔疼痛等不适症状均有所改善,其总有效率依次为76.7%、80.0%及90.0%。中药外敷组及离子导入组疗效均优于基础治疗组,而其中以离子导入组患者临床症状改善更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上运用中药外治法,应用于患者下腹部盆腔范围内相应穴位,能够在一定程度上提高临床疗效。离子导入法较之中药外敷法可更为显著地改善患者不适症状,缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Iontophoresis in treating Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods：90 patients with Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly separated into 3 groups：30 in the Basic treatment group,30 in the External application group and 30 in the Iontophoresis group. All 3 groups were given antibiotics,oral and enema Chinese medicine. Based on these treatments,patients in the External application group were also given Chinese medicine applied externally in the lower abdomen,while patients in the Iontophoresis group were given Iontophoresis with Chinese medicine in the lower abdomen. Results：After the treatments,pelvic pain and other symptoms of all 3 groups were improved,the total efficiencies were 76.7%,80.0% and 90.0% in order. The clinical efficacies of the External application group and the Iontophoresis group were superior to that of the Basic treatment group,and the effects were more significant in the Iontophoresis group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Applying the external therapies on the basis of conventional treatments for treating Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease on the corresponding acupuncture points within the scope of pelvic in lower abdomen,will improve the clinical efficacy to some extent. Compared with external application of Chinese medicine,Iontophoresis can improve patients＇ symptoms and shorten the course of CPID more significantly and deserve further clinical applications.
