仙露贝滴剂合并鼻窦炎口服液治疗儿童急慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探析仙露贝滴剂合并鼻窦炎口服液治疗儿童急慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:抽取我院在2013年1月—2015年6月时间段内治疗的104例儿童急慢性鼻窦炎患儿,分为两组,一组给予抗生素进行治疗,一组除抗生素外再给予仙露贝滴剂合并鼻窦炎口服液进行治疗,对比与观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率是96.15%,对照组是80.77%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:仙露贝滴剂合并鼻窦炎口服液治疗儿童急慢性鼻窦炎,能够有效提高患儿的临床治疗总有效率,重视疏风通窍、清泄胆热,以减轻患儿的痛苦,提高自身的机体免疫力,抑制病毒与细菌的滋生。Objective：To explore amrita bei drip merging sinusitis oral liquid treatment the curative effect of acute or chronic sinusitis in children. Methods：To extract the hospital in January 2013 to June 2015 period treatment of 2015 cases of children with acute or chronic sinusitis in children,divided into two groups,a set of given antibiotic treatment,a group of children to amrita bei drip merging sinusitis oral liquid treatment,contrast and observe the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of children. Results：The observation group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 96.15%,control group is 80.77%,the difference significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Amrita bei drip merging sinusitis oral liquid treatment of acute or chronic sinusitis in children,can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical total effective rate,attaches great importance to the breeze：,discharge gallbladder heat,in order to reduce the patient＇s pain,improve their immunity,inhibit viruses and bacteria breeding.
