银杏叶注射液对神经性耳聋患者血清NO、Connexin26、Connexin30及临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏叶注射液对神经性耳聋患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、连接蛋白26(Connexin26)、连接蛋白30(Connexin30)及临床疗效。方法:选取我院耳鼻咽喉科收治的突发性感音神经性耳聋患者92例,采用随机数字表方法将所有患者平均分为两组,各组46例,对照组予以营养神经、高压氧等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用银杏叶注射液10 m L加入5%葡萄糖注射液500 m L中,日1次静滴。分别检测两组患者治疗前后血清中NO、Connexin26、Connexin30水平,采用纯音测听检测两组患者治疗前后听力功能情况。结果:1两组患者治疗后NO、Connexin26、Connexin30水平较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2治疗后,治疗组NO、Connexin26、Connexin30较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3治疗组治疗后临床总有效率(91.30%)明显高于对照组临床总有效率(71.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶注射液能够提高突发性感音神经耳聋患者血清中NO、Connexin26、Connexin30,恢复患者听力水平,提高临床治疗疗效,对临床具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective：To investigate the Ginkgo biloba injection in patients with nervous deafness of serum NO,Connexin26,Connexin30 and clinical effect. Methods：92 patients with nervous deafness were selected and divided into control group and experiment group. Control group were treated by conventional treatment of nutritional,hyperbaric oxygen and other nutrients. Experiment group were treated on the base on control group with ginkgo biloba injection.The levels of serum Connexin26,Connexin30 and NO before and after the treatment in the two groups before and after treatment were tested and compared.The hearing function of two groups of patients before and after treatment were tested and compared by Pure tone audiometry. Results：Compared with before treatment,the level of NO,Connexin26,Connexin30 were higher（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group after treatment,the level of NO、Connexin26、Connexin30 were higher（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group after treatment,the total clinical efficiency were higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ginkgo biloba injection can improve the sudden sensorineural nerve deafness patients serum NO and Connexin26,Connexin30,restore hearing level in patients with and improve the clinical efficacy,has important clinical application value in clinic.
