中西医结合护理对慢性前列腺炎患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合护理对慢性前列腺炎患者的护理效果。方法:选择我院2010年2月—2013年7月收治的120例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字分为观察组与对照组,其中,对照组60例患者采用常规护理措施,观察组60例患者采用中西医结合护理措施。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组患者的生存质量(WHOQOL-BRIEF)评分和慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)等症状评分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用中西医结合护理措施对慢性前列腺炎患者具有十分显著的作用,可有效提高患者的生存质量,缓解患者的症状,促进患者病情改善,有利于患者的预后恢复,值得临床应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of integrative nursing in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods：120 chronic prostatitis patients were included in the study,in which the control group of 60 cases with routine care measures,observation group of 60 patients with integrative cares measures. Results：After treatment,the quality of life of patients in the observation group（WHOQOL-BRIEF）scores and chronic prostatitis symptom index（NIH-CPSI）and other symptom scores than the control group patients had significantly improved,a statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion：Integrative care measures for patients with chronic prostatitis have a very significant effect,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,relieve symptoms,and promote improved patient condition,help restore the patient＇s prognosis,worthy of clinical application.
