摘　　要：近年来,围绝经期妇女泌尿系统感染的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,并且具有反复发作、迁延不愈等特点,严重影响着患者的生活质量。目前,围绝经期复发性泌尿系感染的治疗日益成为研究热点,该文将就本病的发病机制、中西医治疗的最新研究进展做如下综述。In recent years, the incidence of urinary tract infections in women in perimenopausal period is increasing year by year. With repeated attacks, delayed healing, seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present, the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections in the perimenopausal period has become a hot research topic. This article will review the latest research progress of the pathogenesis and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine.
