摘　　要：目的：建立普乐安片中槲皮素和山奈素的含量测定方法。方法：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（50∶50）为流动相,检测波长为360nm。理论塔板数按槲皮素峰计算应不低于2 500。结果：槲皮素在0.029~0.290μg质量浓度范围内,与主峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.40%,RSD值为0.332%;山奈素在0.056 38~0.563 80μg质量浓度范围内,与主峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为98.31%,RSD值为0.386%。结论：HPLC法测定普乐安片中槲皮素和山奈素,灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于其质量控制。Objective：To establish an assay method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Pule＇an Tablets by HPLC.Methods：The chromatographic column：XDB-C18;mobile phase：Methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid（50∶50）detection waveleng th：360nm.Results：quercetin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.029~0.290μg（r=0.999 8）.The averge recovery was98.40% and RSD=0.332%;kaempferol showed a good linear relationship in the rang e of 0.056 38~0.563 80μg（r=0.999 6）.The averge recovery was 98.31%and RSD=0.386%.Conclusion：The method was simple,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility.The methods may be used for quality control of Pule＇an Tablets.
