中医“治未病”思想防治非酒精性脂肪肝研究进展

摘　　要："治未病"思想是中医治疗的基本原则,为中医学核心理念之一,也是中医预防保健学说的重要准则和理论基础。非酒精性脂肪肝已严重威胁居民的身心健康及正常工作,以"治未病"思想为指导,从未病先防及既病防变角度入手,探讨精神调养、饮食调节、合理运动及防止疾病传变在防治非酒精性脂肪肝中的运用。＂Preventive treatment＂thought is the basic rule of TCM therapeutic principle theory,it is one of the core values of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,and also the important theoretical basis and principles of TCM preventive care.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is a serious threat to people＇s health,guided by the idea of＂preventive treatment＂,disease prevention and Hyman Angle,first to explore mental nursing,diet adjustment,reasonable motion,aiming to prevent and control the progress of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
