温灸联合体位训练预防甲状腺手术体位综合征的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨艾灸盒温灸肩井穴联合体位训练预防甲状腺手术体位综合征的临床效果。方法选择2013年6月—2014年3月甲状腺手术患者120例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予规范的术前常规护理和体位训练，观察组在此基础上加用肩井穴温灸疗法，比较两组患者术后不良反应和对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者术后头晕头痛、恶心呕吐、肩颈痛的发生率均低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组满意患者少于对照组，两组满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论温灸肩井穴联合体位训练能有效预防甲状腺患者术后体位综合征的发生，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of warm moxibustion box used on the point of Jianjing combined with body posture training on preventing thyroid operation posture syndrome. Methods A total of 120 patients with thyroid operation were averagely divided into experimental group and control group by random number table from June 2013 to March 2014. The patients of control group underwent routine nursing and body posture training, while the patients of experimental group received Jianjing point warm maxibustion treatment based on the interventions of control group. We compared the side effects and patient′s satisfaction about nursing job. Results There were lower incidences of dizzy and headache, nausea and vomiting, shoulder and neck pain in the experimental group compared with those of the control group （P 〈0. 01）. The patient′s satisfaction of experimental group was less than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The warm moxibustion box, which is implemented on the point of Jianjing combined with body posture training, can effectively prevent the thyroid operation posture syndrome, and enhance the patient′s satisfaction of nursing job.
