品管圈降低妊娠期糖尿病早产儿低血糖处置不规范率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用品管圈降低妊娠期糖尿病（ GDM ）早产儿低血糖处置不规范率的效果。方法成立圈名为“翘首”的品管圈组织，确立“降低妊娠期糖尿病早产儿低血糖处置不规范率”主题，对实施品管圈活动前GDM早产儿低血糖处置不规范的情况进行原因分析，制订相应的整改措施并组织实施，并对患儿低血糖处置进行检查，进而采取有效的持续改进措施。结果对2014年3—6月与2014年7—10月实施品管圈前后GDM早产儿低血糖处置不规范率进行比较分析并采取相应整改措施，不规范率由42.86%降至7.59%，取得较好效果。结论针对GDM早产儿血糖变化迅速、远期脑损害严重等特点，运用品管圈管理规范低血糖的处置，保证患儿血糖维持在正常水平，为早产儿的成功救治提供了可靠保障。Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle （ QCC） on reducing nonstandard rate of hypoglycemia nursing in preterm infants with gestational diabetes mellitus （ GDM） mothers. Methods We built up QCC named“Qiaoshou”, and ensured the theme of QCC was“Reducing standard rate of hypoglycemia nursing in preemies with GDM mother”. The reason of nonstandard status was investigated and analyzed for preemies with GDM mother, we made and carried out the corresponding measures, and examined the children hypoglycemia nursing, so as to continually improve the measures effectively. Results The comparison and analysis of corresponding measures were explored about non standard rate of GDM preemies before （ June to October 2013） and after （March to July 2014） QCC, and the non-standard rate decreased from 42. 86% to 7. 59%. Conclusions For the GDM preemies glucose characteristic of rapid changing and long term serious brain damage and so on, this study utilizes QCC to regulate the hypoglycemia nursing in order to maintain the normal level of glucose and provide a reliability for successful saving preemies.
