摘  要:采用水热和烧结的方法制备系列Sr4V2O9:Eu3+(5%),Ba2+(x%)(x=0,5)粉末样品.用X射线衍射和荧光分光光度计对样品的结构和光学性质进行了研究.研究结果表明Ba掺杂能提高样品的发光强度,而烧结却降低发光强度.随着烧结温度的增加,Eu离子周围的晶格畸变,导致Eu离子的磁偶极跳跃减弱并消失.Eu3+ and Ba2+ co-doped Sr4V2O9 samples prepared via a hydrothermal method and sintered were reported.The luminescence of phosphors induced by Ba doping and sintering temperature were investigated using photoluminescence spectra.The results indicated that the emission intensity increased with Ba2+dopants greatly and decreased again after sintered.It indicated that the magnetic dipole transition of Eu3+ions was low and disappear after sintered,and the crystal field surrounding of Eu3+ions was highly changed after sintered.
