摘  要:由Prifibus国际组织提出的PROFINET现场总线是基于TCP/IP和IT标准的面向自动化领域的创新的开放式(IEC61158)、实时性工业以太网标准,通过PROFINET,分布式现场设备可直接连接到工业以太网,与PLC等设备通信。且可以达到与现场总线相同或更优的响应时间(典型响应时间在10ms数量级)。由PNO发布的Profisafe安全行规(V2.0)描述了安全外围设备和安全控制器之间的通讯,是对标准PROFINET IO的补充技术,用于减少安全控制器和安全设备间数据传输的失效率和错误率,以达到和超过相关标准要求的等级。Profinet IO集成PROFIsafe行规(V2.0)研究应用于车身焊装生产线控制系统,通过标准部件如导线,插接件/网络组件,ASICS(芯片),在同一根电缆上实现故障安全通信和标准(实时)通信,减少接口和布线,提高控制系统运行可靠性和故障安全完整性(安全等级达到SIL3(IEC61508))。PROFINET fieldbus from Prifibus international organizations Proposed is based on TCP / IP and IT standards,facing for the field of automation, Innovation, open(IEC61158), real-time industrial Ethernet standard, With PROFINET, distributed field equipment can be connected directly to the Industrial Ethernet, with PLC and other equipment to communicate. and the same or better response time(typical response time is 10 ms magnitude) with the fieldbus can be achieved. Profisafe safety profiles(V2.0) by the PNO Published describes the communication between safety peripherals equipment and safety controller, It is the complementary technologies for standard PROFINET IO, for reducing failure rates and error rates between safety controllers and safety equipment for data transmission, in order to meet and exceed the level of the relevant standards. Profinet IO integrated PROFI safe profile(V2.0) applied research body welding production line control system, through standard components such as wires, connectors / network components, ASICS(chip), achieve fail-safe and standard( real-time)communication on the same cable, reduce interfaces and cabling, increase control system reliability and fail-safe integrity(safety rating to SIL3(IEC61508)).
