煤炭经济下行下采矿工程专业学生就业对策研究

摘　　要：当前,煤炭市场需求不足、产能过剩局面持续,进口量快速增加,全国社会煤炭库存急剧增长,致使煤炭价格持续下滑,企业经营困难,煤炭经济下行压力增大,直接给采矿工程专业学生的就业带来巨大挑战。在阐述煤炭经济运行情况和采矿工程专业学生就业现状基础上,分析了就业难的原因,并有针对性的提出了解决采矿工程专业学生就业困境的对策。Currently, the inadequate demand of coal market, continued excess capacity and rapidly increasing in imports in coal production causes the sharply growth of the national coal stockpiles, which makes the price of coal continues to slide. As a result, it poses a big pressure for the management of enterprise and increases the downward pressure in coal economy. All these directly bring a great challenge to the employment of students who major in mining. After a explanation of the coal economic performance situation and current employment status for students who major in mining, this thesis analyses the reasons of difficult employment, and proposes some targeted countermeasures for employment difficulty among students major in mining.
