温拌胶粉改性沥青的开发与应用研究

摘　　要：开发的温拌胶粉改性沥青同样具有胶粉改性沥青的各项优异指标，SHRP等级达到PG76—28，施工温度降低25—30℃，且混合料性能满足JTGF40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》技术要求。推广使用温拌胶粉改性沥青可以减少能源消耗和有害气体的排放，符合我国发展资源节约、环境友好的绿色交通的政策要求。Warm - mix rubber modified asphalt has the same good indicators as rubber modified asphalt, its SHRP level meets PG 76 -28 , and it lowers construction temperature by 25～ 30 ℃. The warm - mix rubber modified asphalt mixture performance meets the technical requirement of ＂ highway asphalt pavement construction technical specification＂ . Spreading use of warm - mix rubber modified asphalt can reduce energy consumption and harmful gas emissions, which conforms to the development policy of resource conservation and enwronment friendly green transportation in our country.
