摘 要:为了研究沥青烟的产生机理,从沥青烟释放量的影响因素、沥青官能团、沥青元素、沥青烟组成及沥青四组分的分子量变化等几个方面展开研究。结果表明,沥青烟的释放量与氧气有关,在热的条件下,沥青分子和氧气发生化学反应,一方面沥青分子之间发生缩合反应,生成分子越来越大的稠环芳香烃,进一步缩合成胶质、沥青质。另一方面沥青分子也在发生裂解反应,生成沸点越来越低的小分子,这些小分子化合物在加热条件小会释放出来,形成沥青烟。In order to study the generation mechanism of asphalt fume, The influence factors of asphalt fume emission, asphalt functional groups? and the elements, asphalt fume composition and the molecular - weight change of asphalt four components were studied. The results showed that the amount of asphalt fume release was associated with oxygen. Asphalt molecules reacted with oxygen under heating condition. On one hand, condensation reaction took place between pitch molecules, generated the lager polycyelie aromatic hydrocarbons, and in the end generated the colloid and asphahene. On the other hand, cracking reaction took place in asphalt molecules and generated some smaller molecules with low boiling point, which were released under heating condition and formed asphalt fume.
