摘  要:为了提高沥青路面的性价比,利用改性低标号沥青,采用间断级配设计新型沥青混合料,并通过室内试验进行了综合路用性能评价,结合江苏某干线公路交叉口车辙处治工程,进行了工程应用,用于干线公路下面层以提高路面抗车辙性能。室内试验结表明采用低标号SBS改性沥青、间断级配设计的骨架嵌挤型沥青混合料,具有较好的高、低温性能,良好的水损害性能,较好的模量和耐疲劳性能;施工效果及工后检测结果表明,低标号改性沥青混合料还具有良好的均匀性和密实特性。本研究为低标号改性沥青混合料后期的研究及应用提供了参考。In order to improve the performance price ratio of asphalt pavement, with low - grade modi- fied asphalt and gap gradation design, a new type of asphalt mixture was designed. Its comprehensive road performance was evaluated by laboratory tests. Engineering application were carried out in the intersection rut- ting - treatment engineering of Jiangsu arterial highway, which was applied to the binder course of arterial highways to improve the anti - rutting performance. Laboratory test results showed that skeleton interlocking asphalt mixture made from low -grade SBS modified asphalt with gap gradation design had good high and low temperature performance, water damage performance, high modulus and fatigue durability. Construction effect and detection results showed that low - grade modified asphalt mixture has good uniformity and density charac- teristics. This paper provided reference for the research and application of low - grade modified asphalt.
