摘　　要：通过对国内大型房地产公司策划部门编制的住宅小区设计任务书的考察和分析,得出以下结论:建筑设计任务书中涉及到的项目没有超出ISO 9669-1994中规定的内容,虽然分布在各项目上的描述比重各有侧重,但可以认为设计任务书起到了建筑策划书的作用。By survey and analysis of design specifications which were made by the project programming departments of large real estate companies, the major conclusions are： the individual items under the design specifications are not beyond the scope of ISO 9669-1994. The numerous projects varied in size and classification, but the design specifications were not listed according to priority. They just played their respective roles in the architectural program without regard for their importance.
