摘　　要：本文为老年人的建筑火灾疏散系列论证研究之一。以不同比例的老年人及单元廊式住宅为研究对象,针对火灾疏散情况进行分析,探讨在人员构成、火势强度、温度等不同工况下,高层集合住宅火灾避难的影响因素。This paper is one of the series researches of fire evacuation in high-rise residential building. Taking the aged and the high-rise residential unit building as the research object, analyzes the Factors affecting the fire evacuation of high-rise residential unit building under the situation of different rates of the itaged, fire intensity, temperature, etc.
