基于“十三五”规划的南京图书馆使命研究——兼论省级公共图书馆的使命

摘　　要：简述了使命的内涵,论述了南京图书馆使命设计的考量以及在＂十三五＂期间应该承担的五个使命,即：全省图书馆事业发展龙头、全省文献信息资源保障与存取、引领社会教育教化、开展知识管理和智慧服务以及发挥第三空间作用。希望对其它省级公共图书馆编制＂十三五＂规划时有所参考或启发。This paper briefly describes the connotation of mission,discusses the consideration of Nanjing Library＇s mission design and five missions which should be taken by Nanjing Library during the period of ＂ thirteen-five＂,namely： leading the provincial library development,provincial literature information resources security and access,leading the social education enlightenment,the development of knowledge management and intelligence services,and playing a role of the third space. It is hoped to provide reference and inspiration for the other provincial public libraries when they establish ＂thirteen-five plan＂.
