摘  要:目的通过实时荧光定量PCR方法对妊娠35~37周孕妇生殖道及直肠分泌物样本及相同孕妇分娩婴儿中的B族溶血性链球菌DNA进行检测,用于临床B族溶血性链球菌感染的辅助诊断。方法选取孕35~37周早产、分娩前胎膜破裂的孕妇43例,同时采集阴道下1/3分泌物及直肠分泌物作为检测标本。对标本进行B族链球菌核酸检测,同时在分娩时采集28株相同孕妇分娩婴儿咽喉部分泌物进行B族链球菌核酸检测。分别观察孕妇及胎膜早破、早产婴儿B族溶血性链球菌感染发生情况。结果7l株I临产妇及初生儿采样标本中,检测到13株感染携带者标本。结论实时荧光定量PCR方法作为临床检测B族溶血性链球菌的一种检测方法,具有检测快速、特异性强的特点。Objective By real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method for 35 - 37 weeks of pregnancy in pregnant women with genital tract and rectal secretions samples of group B hemolytic streptococcus (GBS) DNA, can be used for the auxiliary di- agnosis of group B streptococcal infection. Methods Forty-three pregnant women with rupture of membranes, 35 to 37 weeks of pregnancy premature were selected, and their vaginal 1/3 secretion and rectal secretions as specimens were collected. Group B Streptococcus on specimen nucleic acid detection, at the same time, nucleic acid detection in 28 cases of baby throat secretions of group B streptococcus. The group B hemolytic streptococcus infection rate were observed in pregnant women and premature rupture of membranes, premature infant. Results Among the 71 strains of parturient and newborn sampling specimens, 13 in- fectedstrains were detected. Conclusion Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR method is a means of clinical detection of GBS, and has quick detection, specificity.
