摘　　要：针对我国绿色建筑评价标准在实施过程中的问题,结合豫西南地域环境现状,提出适合该地区保障房的绿色建筑评价体系;介绍了评价指标构成及等级设置的特点;通过对具体项目的试评和对比,认为该评价体系强调适时适地、适度舒适,符合豫西南的地理、气候、资源及经济特色,更能客观反映该地区保障房的实际绿色程度。Based on the geographical environment in Southwest Henan Province, this paper identifies the problems of the application of the evaluation system of green building design in China, and ventures at an evaluation system of green building design in this region. It claims the proposed system suits the geographical, climatic, and economic resources and features of this region due to the emphasis on modest comfort and local adaptation, hence capable to objectively reveal the practical degree of green design in affordable housing in Southwest Henan.
