摘  要:在中国快速城市化进程的特殊时期,低碳城市建设在规划等行业得到了普遍关注,而绿道网络在规划绿色交通、促进紧凑城市构建和营造低碳环境等层面与低碳城市建设相契合。在总结低碳城市规划理论研究现状的基础上,以迁安市绿道网络规划为例,通过问卷调查、层次分析法等手段,建立适宜于低碳城市构建的绿道要素评价指标体系,明确地传达出可控、量化的绿道规划方法,从空间层面探讨绿道规划的低碳化方法,将低碳城市理念融入绿道网络规划中。In the special period of rapid urbanization, the construction of low carbon city has been widely concerned in the planning field. Greenway, which could plan green transportation, promote the formation of compact city and form low carbon environment, meets the need of the construction of low carbon city. First, the authors summarized the low carbon city planning theory. Taking Qian'an greenway network as an example, the authors put forward a greenway evaluation index system adapting to the construction of low carbon city based on questionnaire investigation, AHP and other means, clearly conveyed the greenway planning method in a quantitative and controllable way, discussed the low carbonization method of greenway planning form spatial level, and applied the concept of low carbon city into the planning of greenway network.
