摘　　要：以传统经典的"邻里"概念作为社区设计的核心元素,合作居住的必要性、内在合理件及建设开发规律即为引导居民充分参与到社区的共建过程中。本文选取英国首个新建合作居住社区斯普林希尔,从社区社会环境智慧化、物质空间环境人性化和自然环境生态化分析社区如何引导居民共同参与到社区共建中,为我国开展智慧社区的建设提供相应的设计思路与启发。Taking the traditional concept of ＂neighbourhood＂ as its core design feature, cohousing encourages all of its residents to take part in creating their community. This paper studies Springhill Cohousing, the first newly constructed cohousing project in the UK, by analysing the innovative characteristics of the social environment, the humanistic character of the physical environment, and the ecological character of the community＇s natural environment, in order to interpret how the practice of cohousing encourages resident participation, as well as how cohousing may inspire similar projects in smart cities in China.
