摘　　要：酒店类建筑是广州近代商贸类建筑的重要组成部分,它源起于外资酒店类建筑,并引发民族资本酒店通过采用西式建筑风格、建筑科学和建筑管理促进广州传统旅舍类建筑向西方先进酒店类建筑演变。文章通过梳理广州近代酒店类建筑的发展脉络,总结其特征,为当代酒店类建筑的发展以及广州近代商贸类中的酒店类文物建筑的保护和研究提供探索。Hotel buildings are an important part of modern Commercial and Trading Building in Guangzhou, which originated in foreign hotel buildings and triggered national capital hotel which had used Western architectural style, building science and construction management for the Guangzhou traditional hostel building to the west advanced class hotel architectural evolution. By combing the development context of modern hotel building in Guangzhou, summarizes its characteristics, provide explore the development of contemporary hotel buildings in Guangzhou, and the protection and study of the modern Commercial and Trading heritage buildings.
