摘 要:针对传统的大学物理声速测量实验过程繁琐、测量误差大的不足,设计和制作了一种基于单片机开发的数字化智能声速测量实验系统,能够运用相位比较法精确测量声速数据。该测量系统以MSP430单片机为核心,对声速测量系统的软硬件进行设计,并针对干扰与误差进行去噪与优化处理。测量数据通过RS—485总线与Lab VIEW编写的上位机通信,生成测量结果报表。该测量仪用电子测控方式代替传统双踪示波器观察李萨如图的方式,测试结果表明:该装置操作灵活简单,稳定性好,测量精度远高于传统实验装置,有很好的应用前景。Aiming at shortcomings of cumbersome process and large error of sound velocity measuring in traditional college physics experiment,based on technology of MCU,design and fabricate a set of digital intelligent sound velocity measurement experimental system,which makes it possible to measure sound velocity precisely by using phase comparison method. The system use MSP430 MCU as core,and software and hardware of sound velocity measurement system are designed,denoising and optimized processing are carried out,aiming at interference and error. Measurement data communicates with Lab VIEW compiled upper computer via RS—485 bus,generate data reports. This measuring instrument replaces traditional method of observing a dual trace oscilloscope's Lissajous FIG with electronic monitoring and control mode,and test results show that the device is user-friendly and works stably,measurement precision is far higher than traditional experimental device,and has good application prospect.
