摘　　要：内蒙古工业大学建筑馆扩建是在一种有着强烈性格指向的环境中完成的。建筑师以理性的方法来应对感性的空间表情问题。在被限制沿用老馆材料表皮的前提下,避开形式表现,借助"砌筑"这一建造方式使新老建筑产生共同的空间性格,进而,选择混凝土砌体结构,以诚实的建造逻辑,通过单元布局后的一系列分离、过渡、开放以及动线的流通,使新老建筑在厚重、真实的表情中和谐对话,相得益彰。The extension of the architecture hall in the Inner Mongolia University of Technology was completed under a strong character-oriented circumstance. The architect dealt with the issue of emotional space expression through rational methods. By eliminating the original skin materials and manifestation modes from the old building, the common character was generated between the new and the old by the construction method ＂masonry＂ . And by selecting concrete masonry structure, thinking in honest logic of construction, using a series of separation, transition, opening, and the smooth flow of traffic, it established mutual dialogue and benefits between the new and the old in stable and honest expressions.
