康居示范工程中复合化策略研究——以长沙芙蓉生态新城保障性住房设计为例

摘　　要：通过分析近几年保障性住房设计中出现的一些问题,开展复合化设计策略研究,将研究成果与国家康居示范工程的要求相结合,在长沙市芙蓉生态新城保障性住房项目中开展有益的探索。该项目采用复合化设计策略,涵盖社区功能复合、社区边界复合、城市界面复合等方面,探索实现生产(商业)与生活(居住)既复合共存又相对独立的规划目标。该项目2013年荣获住建部"省地节能环保型国家康居示范工程"奖。With the analysis of problems in the process of affordable housing design in recent years,the study about the compound design strategy was carried out.It combines the research results with the requirements of National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Project,and makes beneficial explorations on the Changsha Furong（Lotus） Ecological New Town Affordable Housing Project.The project applies the compound design strategy,comprising community function complex,community boundary complex and urban interface complex,etc.to explore the realization of the planning target of combining manufacture（commerce） with living（dwelling）.This project won the prize of the Energy-efficient and Environment-friendly National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Project awarded by the Ministry of Housing and Urbanrural Development in 2013.
