microRNA-155在病毒性心肌炎患者血清中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨病毒性心肌炎患者（viral myocarditis）血清中microRNA-155（miR-155）的表达水平及其临床意义.方法 采用定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR）检测38例病毒性心肌炎患者和38例健康体检者血清中miR-155的水平,采用电化学发光检测血清中肌钙蛋白T（cardiac troponin T,cTnT）的水平,统计分析miR-155与cTnT水平的相关性.结果 病毒性心肌炎患者血清中miR-155水平为1.72＆#177;0.59,明显高于对照组血清中miR-155水平（1.27＆#177;0.34）,二者差异具有统计学意义（t=4.074,P＜0.01）;病毒性心肌炎患者血清中miR-155水平与cTnT呈明显正相关（r=0.624,P＜0.05）.结论 病毒性心肌炎患者血清中miR-155水平增高,且与心肌损伤程度相关,提示miR-155参与病毒性心肌炎的发生发展过程.Objective To explore the serum levels microRNA-155 （miR-155） and their clinical significances in the patients with viral myocarditis. Methods The serum levels of miR-155 were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reac- tion （RT-PCR） in the 38 patients with viral myocarditis and 38 healthy controls. The serum levels of cardiac troponin T （cTnT） were detected by electrochemical luminescence method. The relationship between miR-155 and cTnT was analyzed by statistic analysis. Results Compared with healthy controls （1.27 ± 0.34）, the serum levels of miR-155 in the patients with viral myocarditis （1.72 ± 0.59） were statistically higher （t = 4. 074, P〈0.01）. The serum levels of miR-155 were posi- tive correlation with cTnT in the patients with viral myocarditis （r= 0. 624, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of miR-155 in the patients with viral myocarditis were increased and related with the severity of myocardial injury, miR-155 may be involved in the occurrence and development of viral myocarditis.
