血清TPOAb和TGAb阳性在正常人群中的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 研究正常人群血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）和甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGAb）阳性的特点.方法 采用化学发光法检测2014年5月～10月731例正常人群的血清TPOAb和TGAb,分析其甲状腺自身抗体的特点.结果 731例正常人群TPOAb和TGAb同时阳性占25.03％,仅TPOAb阳性占7.93％,仅TGAb阳性占4.51％,且女性普遍高于男性.结论 正常人群血清TPOAb和（或）TGAb存在一定阳性率.Objective To study the feature of serum TPOAb and TGAb detection in normal population. Methods Serum TPOAb and TGAb were determined by ADVIA Centaur XP analyzer in 731 normal population from May to October 2014. The feature of thyroid autoantibodies in normal population was analyzed. Results The positive rate in TPOAb and TGAb, TPOAb,TGAb in normal population were 25.03%, 7. 93% and 4.51%respectively. Women generally was higher than men. Conclusion There were positive rate in TPOAb and （or） TGAb in normal population.
