摘  要:Nomex/棉织物采用有机磷低聚物/1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(HFPO/BTCA)体系进行阻燃整理后,耐水洗性较差,可在体系中加入三乙醇胺(TEA)来提高阻燃耐久性。试验发现,整理体系中加入三乙醇胺,能有效地抑制水中钙离子与BTCA上羧基发生酯化反应而在织物上沉积,从而提高整理织物阻燃耐久性。HFPO/BTCA/TEA整理后的Nomex/棉织物经过25次水洗后,其损毁长度仅为66 mm,LOI值达到27.0%。The Nomex/cotton blends treated with flame-retardant system based on organophosphorus oligomer and 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid (HFPO/BTCA) have poor flame retardant durability. Thus, triethanolamine (TEA) is added to the finishing system and its effect on flame retardant durability of treated fabric is studied. The results show that TEA can inhibit the deposition in the fabric of esterifica- tion product of calcium ion and free-carboxylic group of BTCA, and thus improve the flame retardant du- rability. The Nomex/cotton blends treated with HFPO/BTCA/TEA system can pass the vertical burning test after 25 home laundering cycles, with the char length of 66 mm and 27.0% of LOI.
