摘　　要：优化了纯棉筒子纱硫化染料染色各道工序（松式络筒、煮练、染料还原溶解、染色、氧化、防脆、固色等）的工艺处方及工艺条件，并对加工过程中的注意事项加以说明。纯棉筒子纱硫化染料染色产品的皂洗牢度、汗渍牢度和摩擦牢度均较好，缸差、层差和筒差均在4～5级，基本无色花，质量稳定。The dyeing process of cotton cheese is optimized, including loose winding, scouring, reduc- tion and dissolution of dyes, dyeing, oxidation, brittle prevention, fixation, and the process precautions are presented. Sulfur dyed cotton cheese features good color fastness to soaping, perspiration and rub- bing, Grade 4 - 5 of color difference.
