摘　　要：介绍了四合一精练剂ZJ-CH58在棉灯芯绒低温前处理中的应用，研究了ZJ-CH58和双氧水的质量浓度、轧液温度、堆置时间、短蒸时间对棉灯芯绒前处理效果的影响。优化的前处理工艺为ZJ-CH5812g／L，30％H2O236g／L，精练渗透剂ZJ-C095g／L，Na2SiO，2g／L，70～80qC浸轧，室温堆置4h，100oC短蒸10min。Application of multi-functional scouring agent ZJ-CH58 to low tempereture pretreatment of cot- ton corduroy fabric is introduced. The effects of concentration of ZJ-CH58 and hydrogen peroxide, pad- ding temperature, dwelling time, steaming time on pretreatment results of cotton corduroy fabric are studied. The optimal process is： ZJ-CH58 12 g/L, Na2SiO3 2 g/L, 30% H2O2 36 g/L, padding at 70-80 ℃, dwelling at 25 ℃ for 4 h, steaming at 100 ℃ for 10 min.
