摘　　要：公安院校的根本任务是培养公安机关所需要的高级应用型专业人才,如何建立科学合理的人才培养模式,强化实践教学,是公安院校面临的一个现实挑战。院局合作是当下解决这一难题的有效途径。The fundamental task of the public security colleges is to cultivate the senior applied professionals required by the public security organs. How to establish a reasonable personnel training mode and strengthen the police practical teaching are the current challenges of the institutions now. The cooperative between the college and the bureau is an effective way to solve this problem.
