摘 要:为明确混合盐碱胁迫对绿豆种子发芽及幼苗的影响,将中性盐Na Cl、Na2SO4与碱性盐Na HCO3、Na2CO3按不同比例混合,配置盐离子浓度为100 m M的混合盐碱溶液(p H=9.0)测定绿豆种子及幼苗在该盐碱溶液处理后的生长指标变化情况。结果表明,绿豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数在混合盐碱胁迫下均显著下降。绿豆幼苗在混合盐碱胁迫下,主要表现为叶片叶绿素含量的下降,植株地上部分生物量的显著下降等。研究有关绿豆在盐碱胁迫下种子萌发及幼苗生理变化的研究结果,将为在盐碱地上发展绿豆生产提供理论依据。To clarify the effects of mixed salt-alkali stresses on germination and seedling growth of mung bean seed,the neutral salt NaCl,Na2SO4 and alkaline salt NaHCO3, NazCO3 were mixed in different ratio. The concentration of salt-alkali mixed solution to .100 mM (pH=9.0) was adjusted to determine the changes of growth indexes of mung bean seeds and seedlings in the saline solution after treatment. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of mung bean seed in mixed saline-alkali stress decreased significantly. Mung bean seedlings in the mixed salt-alkali stress mainly showed that the leaf chlorophyll content and plant aboveground biomass decreased. Seed germination and seedling physiological changes under saline-alkali stresses of mung bean would provide the theoretical basis for the development of mung bean production in saline-alkali soil.
