摘 要:试验对高粱种子进行4个浓度表油菜素内酯浸种处理24 h,土培至二叶一心期测定光合相关参数,并取样测定光合色素和可溶性蛋白含量。随着EBR浓度的升高,高粱株高、根长、鲜重和干重呈现先升后降的趋势,可溶性蛋白质含量也呈现"升-降";光合参数表现为"升-降"变化趋势、部分变化显著,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素等光合色素含量也先升高后降低。结果表明,表油菜素内酯在较低浓度下具有明显的促进高粱幼苗生长作用,可以通过提高光合色素含量和光合潜力,同时协调光合相关指标有效提高光合速率从而促进碳四作物高粱的生长。The different four concentrations of EBR treatments were conducted on sorghum seedlings for 24 h,and photosynthetic parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence value and content of photosynthetic pigment were measured at the two-leaf-one-heart stage. The results showed when the concentration of EBR increased,the plant height,root length,fresh weight,dry weight,and soluble protein content had first increased and then decreased trend. Net photosynthetic parameters and contents of chlorophyll and chlorophyll fluorescence also showed the "up-down" trend,and most of the changes were significantly. The results indicated that EBR significantly promoted the growth of sorghum seedlings at lower concentrations,and coordinated the related indicators to promote the growth of carbon four crops of sorghum by increasing the photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic potential.
