摘　　要：我国全科医生人员数量严重缺乏、全科医生素质不高是制约基层卫生发展的瓶颈问题。培养优秀的全科医师是建设基层医疗队伍的关键。通过介绍加拿大以能力为本的3C家庭住院医师培养模式,为我国全科医师培养提供借鉴。The shortage amount and low quality of general practitioners（Gps） is a bottleneck problem in primary health care. To cultivate excellent Gps is the key to construct the team of primary health care. The paper introduced Triple C Competency-based Curriculum in Canada Gps＇ residency training mode and to provide the experience for Gps＇ training in China.
