摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理在高龄脑梗死患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的高龄脑梗死患者46例,将其随机分为观察组(人性化护理)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组患者护理效果。结果护理后,观察组ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度评分、住院时间等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在高龄脑梗死患者中的临床应用价值显著。Objective To analyze the clinical value of human care in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods In our hospital,46 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups（humane treatment） and control group（usual care） were compared patient care results. Results After treatment,the observation group ADL score was higher（P0.05）,care satisfaction scores,length of hospital stay were better than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Human care in elderly patients with cerebral infarction significant clinical value.
